Primordial - Lagoon's next roller coaster

It could be improved upon with more roller coaster sections. Using Cannibal track instead of the Bombora track that Guardian has might be interesting. Live action props and animatronics would be a huge improvement over the movie screens showing video games but I doubt that's going to happen. I'd like to see the entrance/station actually appear to be in the mountain instead of an industrial building. Hopefully the people who did Cannibal's waterfall are involved.

If they actually put two rides in the mountain I'd be super impressed, but I just don't see that happening. Lagoon segregates all their rides. The closest and pretty much only interaction between two rides at Lagoon is where the sky ride goes over the carousel.
I love the idea of Lagoon doing a coaster in a mountain but was not excited at all when I first started hearing the Wonder Mountain Guardian rumors. I think what this ride basically is would work much better as a shooter dark ride. Anyway who knows what Lagoon has up their sleeve. Given what has been done recently I'm sure the new attraction will be great.

I feel the two will have similarities, but I would believe Lagoon would do actual animatronics like with Terroride and have an actual coaster part for it as well. Plus, Triotech is the main supplier of WMG, when we know Lagoon will have Primordial be another in-house coaster with most companies working on it being local.

I would hope, and would believe after Terroride's Overhaul, Lagoon would fix the problems many have with Wonder Mountain's Guardian. Many have stated that the Transitions in the Game, from scene to scene are abrupt, and some riders see things others do. I really hope that if Lagoon's Mountain's Guardian happens, Lagoon will have more physical sets and props than WMG. With Dinosaurs, it would be fairly simple to pull off something extraordinary for LMG.

EDIT: Or, what RJ said! lol

Lagoon needs a dinosaur ride with physical dinosaur props/animatronics (not CG on a screen). If that's what this is then good idea Lagoon! I've pitched that idea on this board a few times myself.

Don't forget to put a colorful cavern with bio-luminescent life and crystalline structures somewhere inside that thing, Lagoon.

The G & S thing has nothing to do with a company that happens to have the same name. Lagoon is claiming exclusive rights to the name Primordial with Goods and Services relating to an amusement park ride that is specifically a roller coaster. Guess that rumor I heard that the new big ride is actually a water ride was incorrect... unless these are two separate rides... What would be better than a 'mountain' with a roller coaster built into it? A mountain with a roller coaster and a water ride built into it!

Yes please! I want an easy-to-access, fun water ride with a different theme than 'ye olde west.' Don't get me wrong, I looove Pioneer Village, but a new roller coaster/water ride with a new theme would be awesome!

I was thinking this would be great next to Cannibal right where Double Blunder Raceway sits (Yes I know its misspelled, its on purpose). I think the theme would make a nice addition to the cannibal midway.

Hey everyone how about if Lagoon buys Dragon's Challenge from Islands of Adventure Happy . I would be totally happy with that (well any B&M for that matter)

From what I've been told, it's an in-house design, so definitely not an off-the-shelf ride.  I mean, I'd love a B&M too, but we'll have to keep waiting. Wink

I just realized it's been a LONG time since Lagoon bought a used or off the shelf coaster.

Dragon Challenge has reached the end of it's service life, so it's headed to the scrap heap.

That doesn't surprise me. I've heard the Florida climate is rough on steel coasters. The Hulk and Dragon Challenge are the same age and they just got done completely rebuilding the Hulk.
